More than two thirds of Gour-med readers state that quality is more important to them than price. This also applies to the areas of cars, design, jewellery and watches. In their free time, Gour-med readers often visit restaurants and combine this with their appreciation of good wine. Around 73% of Gour-med readers are interested in travelling. Gour-med is read almost equally by men and women, most of whom are between 40 and 59 years old. The readership is educated and has an above-average net household income. Gour-med reaches its readers with a printed magazine, a digital flip page magazine and a newsletter sent to over 120,000 doctors in Germany. From May 2025, Gour-med wants to offer its readers the opportunity to take part in high-calibre wine tastings, special trips or exclusive events to live their passion and network with like-minded people, colleagues and friends.

EVENT ON SITE
Through Gour-med, you can offer our readers unique experiences that are specially tailored to their interests. These can be wine tastings, menus in selected restaurants, classic car rallies, golf tournaments or overnight stays in special hotels. It is crucial that these offers provide special added value. In the case of a hotel stay, for example, this can consist of a welcome from the hotel manager and/or chef, special rates, a tasting menu and/or a wine tasting or an excursion. The offer is made in the name of the provider and the booking is made directly by the readers of Gour-med. This article appears in the monthly newsletter, on social media and under “Offers” on the website www.gour-med.de (relaunch April 2025). The article is published simultaneously in German and English.
