Our Habitas AlUla is located in the northwest of Saudi Arabia and is surrounded by spectacular sandstone cliffs and palm groves in the middle of an ancient oasis in a desert valley. The property’s many pathways lead to 96 guest villas, reception, spa and fitness centre, art installations, Tama Restaurant, Ashar Deck Lounge and large swimming pool.
Each guest villa is built from ethically sourced organic materials that blend seamlessly into the natural environment, with minimal disruption and a consciously sustainable program. Described as an open-air museum that spans 22,561 km2 of land & lies along the original incense route and pilgrimage route to Mecca, AlUla is imbued with the immense beauty of nature alongside the dramatic splendor of human creations. The place was a centre of trade and cultural exchange for thousands of years, and still bears witness to the people who came here. Golden sand stretches to the horizon and rocky foothills rise out of the desert. Thousands of graves and burial sites can be found in AlUla, including 111 tombs, 94 of which are in Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ornate in Hegra, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You stand majestically in the middle of mammoth sculptures created by nature.
Our Habitas is located about 50 minutes from AlUla International Airport, just 35 kilometers southeast of AlUla city center. All international airlines offer direct flights or connections to major Saudi Arabian cities such as Jeddah and Riyadh or to international cities such as Dubai and Paris, which complements the easy accessibility of AlUla Airport. By car, our house in AlUla is 10 hours from Riyadh, 7 hours from Jeddah, 3 hours from Medina and just over 3 hours from Tabuk airport.
The weather in AlUla varies throughout the year, with temperatures fluctuating greatly depending on the season. In summer, temperatures easily reach over 40°C, while in spring and autumn they are in the mid-30°C. In winter, temperatures average 25°C, but at night there can be 10°C or less.
When you visit Our Habita, it is recommended that you pack the following to ensure maximum comfort during your time at Our Habitas and to enjoy the wellness and adventure program:

Our house in AlUla is a safe place to express one’s opinions, but we respect the culture and customs of Saudi Arabia. For this reason, we recommend that women pack modest clothing for visiting attractions outside the resort and for traveling to the airports. Loose, long-sleeved tops, long dresses or trousers are best. Linen and cotton are most comfortable to wear.
