Luxury, passion and mobility – attributes that combine in the best possible way at Concorde.

The market for motorhomes is booming. Holidays in one’s own motorhome are becoming increasingly popular, and sales figures have risen significantly in recent years. This is also felt by the exclusive motorhome manufacturer Concorde, which, in addition to luxury and passion, also adds the fascination of freedom and mobility. In an interview with Beate Müller, Head of Media at Fischermann.Media, we at Concorde explain where the fascination for holidays on wheels comes from and what this has to do with the EMOTION magazine:

What fascinates people about motorhomes?

They give us back a bit of freedom. Holidays are becoming more individual again: people can organise them more freely, are more independent in terms of time and place. You go to places where you really feel comfortable and stay as long as you like.

How has the demand for motorhomes developed in recent years? How do you see this at Concorde?

Due to the pandemic, long-distance travel has been deliberately avoided in recent years. Instead, many travellers have discovered the region on their doorstep and the neighbouring Europe for themselves. That’s why people are currently talking about the market being booming. Since 2020, our industry has seen growth rates in the clear double-digit range.

Is there also a connection between printed magazines like EMOTION and the popularity of motorhomes?

Yes, our customers want to see which model is right for them. A motorhome requires a lot of advice, especially when it comes to individualizing the equipment. In addition to the classic brochures, a magazine can do a lot of educational work. And also convey a high degree of fascination. The EMOTION magazine conveys a new kind of natural luxury and enjoys great popularity among readers.
