The chef’s hand, his creativity and talent, his care for the raw material are the decisive factors for the high quality of the dishes. Antonio is a son of the Apulian culinary tradition: he has mastered the fine art of cooking and is a real ham of good cuisine. He has an innate talent: he is able to transform the products of the Masseria into taste sensations that he can tell you about during the convivial dinner (the trademark of the Prosperi) or during the ritual of the wood-fired pizza.

The well-being of a spa centre in the middle of nature! The Bellavita of the Masseria offers you a variety of relaxation and pampering options. The wellness area is an integral part of Prosperi’s offer. That’s why it’s important to the owners that the spa is not a separate room, but an important part of the house. The luxury boutique farm is open all year round. From November to March, you can take a break from everyday life by booking a day of spa with an Apulian aperitivo for yourself and friends (minimum 4 guests).
